Terms & Conditions of Use
Last updated: [01.08.2026]
Welcome to Cyberstation Central. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website and purchasing products from our shop.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
1. About Cyberstation Central
Cyberstation Central is a small custom print shop based in Germany.
We produce products on demand, including custom designs, fan-made creations and products made using artwork supplied by customers.
For our business and contact details, please refer to our Legal Notice and Contact Us page.
2. Products Made to Order
All products offered through our shop are made to order.
This means that we normally begin preparing and producing your item only after your order has been placed.
Because each item is produced specifically in response to an order, we cannot normally resell an item that has already been produced for a particular customer.
3. Orders & Cancellations
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase, including:
-
product selection;
-
size and quantity;
-
colours;
-
personalisation;
-
spelling and other information supplied by you; and
-
artwork or files provided for printing.
Orders cannot normally be cancelled once they have been placed, as production may begin specifically for your order.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, however, that right remains unaffected. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
If an order has already entered production, we may be unable to accommodate voluntary cancellation requests.
4. Custom Artwork & Customer Responsibility
If you provide artwork, images, logos, text or other content for us to print, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, licences or permissions to use that content.
You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted material does not infringe the copyright, trade mark, design rights or other intellectual property rights of another person or organisation.
You agree not to submit content that:
-
infringes third-party intellectual property rights;
-
is unlawful;
-
contains material that you do not have permission to reproduce; or
-
otherwise violates applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse an order where we reasonably believe that the requested content may infringe third-party rights or violate the law.
5. Fan-Made Products & Third-Party Intellectual Property
Some products may be inspired by existing franchises, characters, brands or other intellectual property.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Cyberstation Central is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by the relevant intellectual property owner.
Fan-made products are created independently and should not be understood as official merchandise.
All third-party names, characters, logos and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Product Images & Colours
We make reasonable efforts to display products and colours accurately.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device or display settings.
For customised products, the final printed result may also vary slightly from digital previews due to printing processes, materials and colour profiles.
Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.
7. Bulk & Large-Quantity Orders
For bulk, wholesale or large-quantity orders, we may provide a sample before full production.
Where a sample is provided:
-
You may inspect the sample for appearance, colours and general print quality.
-
Full production will normally begin after the sample has been approved.
-
Once production has begun following approval, changes may not be possible without additional costs.
-
Changes requested after approval may affect the production schedule.
-
A change of mind after sample approval does not, by itself, entitle the customer to cancel the order, subject always to any mandatory statutory rights.
8. Pricing & Payment
All prices and applicable taxes are displayed in the shop or at checkout.
The payment methods available to you will be shown during checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before production begins unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or product information errors. If an obvious error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding.
9. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped with tracking and shipment insurance, where available for the selected shipping service.
Tracking information will normally be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
-
carrier delays;
-
customs procedures;
-
weather;
-
strikes;
-
transport disruptions; or
-
other unforeseen events.
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will assist with the relevant carrier or insurance claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
10. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives defective, damaged or does not correspond to your order, please contact us promptly and provide photographs or other relevant information where appropriate.
We will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
11. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are made to order, voluntary returns and refunds are generally not available where the applicable statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.
This includes situations such as:
-
changing your mind;
-
ordering the wrong size or option;
-
providing incorrect personalisation;
-
providing incorrect artwork; or
-
no longer wanting the product.
This does not affect:
-
any statutory right of withdrawal that applies;
-
statutory warranty and conformity rights;
-
rights relating to defective or damaged products; or
-
rights relating to products that were incorrectly supplied.
12. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
You must not:
-
misuse the website;
-
attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
-
interfere with the operation or security of the website;
-
copy or reproduce website content for commercial purposes without permission; or
-
use the website to submit unlawful or infringing material.
We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect our website, business or customers.
13. Intellectual Property of Cyberstation Central
Unless otherwise stated, the content created by Cyberstation Central for its website and promotional materials, including original graphics, photographs, text, branding and designs, belongs to Cyberstation Central or is used with permission.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit such material without appropriate permission.
This does not apply to third-party intellectual property or customer-submitted material, which remains subject to the rights of its respective owner.
14. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may temporarily suspend or modify the website for maintenance, updates, security reasons or other operational purposes.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
In particular, we do not exclude or limit liability for:
-
intentional misconduct;
-
gross negligence where exclusion is not legally permitted;
-
injury to life, body or health;
-
mandatory product liability; or
-
other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary, for example when our services, business practices or legal requirements change.
The version applicable to an order is the version in force when the relevant contract was concluded, unless a later change is required by law or otherwise agreed with you.
17. Governing Law
German law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in the country where you normally reside.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable to you.
18. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms & Conditions, an order or our products, please use our Contact Us form.
